PRIVACY POLICY AND REFUND

We understand that plans change and we will gladly try to assist you to make the desired changes to your order whenever possible. But, short notice cancellations and amendments will not be possible.

Orders can only be cancelled but the refund will take 8 business.

• If, for any reason you wish to amend your order (date of delivery/address/time of delivery/design/flavour), We will try to accommodate these changes without any additional charges, provided sufficient notice is given. All changes must be intimated via email or call and only after a confirmed email reply will it be applicable.
• Once delivered, an order can’t be replaced or refunded without validating the reason for return. 
• Any cancellation/replacement/return will be entire to our discretion.
• All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Orders might expect a delay due to some unforeseen circumstances or during the festive season in such cases, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made.
• In case of damage or issue with the freshness of the product, though we ensure that such issues don’t happen, in such cases, the order can’t be cancelled or refunded, but once checked, a replacement can be provided for the order.
